With over 15 years’ experience, Holly is an expert in delivering memorable incentive programmes. A Certified Incentive Travel Professional (CITP), Holly was the driving force behind the creation and growth of the incentive division at Penguins before joining Eventful as Head of Incentives in March 2021. Established in 2002, Eventful is a highly respected global events agency offering a variety of services which include venue sourcing, event management, incentive travel and rewards. Proud to work with a portfolio of longstanding corporate clients, Eventful provides highly consultative event services including corporate event programme consultancy, strategic meetings management (SMMP), employee engagement, incentive travel and reward & recognition programmes. As Head of Incentives, Holly works closely with clients to plan their bespoke programmes and create inspiring and memorable domestic and international purpose-led incentives, with a strong focus on wellbeing and corporate social responsibility.
