What's more, with most employees being unable to travel to those once-in-a-lifetime destinations since the turn of the decade, the appetite for memorable experiences is even higher than usual.
And so it is down to incentive planners to take the helm and lead their clients in organising trips that will excite and delight their staff, incentivise them to not only perform but to stay with their current employer, and ensure all of this is done in a way that is as sustainable and inclusive as possible.
